I thinkt here are some people who cheat.
for instance, I was driving a m1 and a apc took me out with one hit when I was in full repair.
Another time a guy in a AA gun(the fixed placements), nails me in one shot from across the map while im laying in the grass.
I get one shotted often(at full health) as well when for the life of me, even as a sniper I can never kill someone with one bullet.
I heard there is wall hacks for the demo, wonder if there is hacks for release BF2, seems most of the wierd shit that happens to me, happens on EU servers and we all know how unscrupulous those f*****s are.

There are indeed Direct3D hacks that Punkbuster can't detect.
The only way to get away from hacks and cheaters is to find a really good server with good admins.
Basically, play on ranked and stat-wh0re for a few weeks to unlock the weapons you want, and just deal with the lag, other stat-whores, cheaters, whiners and lone wolfs afraid of clicking that "join Sqaud" button.
Then go to Unranked servers with the good clan admins/rulesets and enjoy your game.

I got kicked off a server for team killing as commander when i told f**s not to rush till after artillery, but they did anyways even with the red circles =p

There is something illegal going on. One game today, this one guy had a score of 80, with 74 'team' points, 3 kills and only 3 deaths. There is no f*****g way one guy is hiding that much and capping flags on a 64 player server

Revive points?
a whole bunch of people are doing this.
USMC: 2 medics
Bad guys: 1 anything
Bad guy kills medic a, medic b revives medic a, bad guy kills medic b, medic a revives medic b. So you end up with two people having a really high score from revives and someone on the other team having a high score from kills.
It's really lame and they can easily get 400-500 points in a round :/

There are plenty of "real hacks" out there. Most common is the wonderful Direct3D hack that Punkbuster can't detect.
There are also a few widely avialable trainers (go go auto aim), and abilities to exploit your scores (producing 2-3000+ points per round without even doing anything.. no buddy required!)
Cheaters are down right lame (the real ones.. not the ones that find a buddy and just kill each other over and over, tho they are lame too!), and should be taken out back and shot.
Punkbuster is crap, always has been crap, always will be. The only true hack/cheater protection is joining a server that has an Admin with a clue.

Wow, I have almost 50hrs played and never even saw anything remotely questionable. Im am always within the top 5 for each map and always my score is within spitting distance of the other guys so I never bothered to look for problems.
I was wrong.
Oh well, unless people are hacking me I won't care till then.

ps: there is no working hack right now that punkbustter doesn't detect, so like...use it if you want to get kicked and banned
