Character creation outside of Eve Online

Hi all! The character creation part was always my favorite part in all the games. I dont have the time to play EVE for real right now but I would like to create a character. Is there some place where I can create EVE characters without actually having to start playing?

It is a really nice tool since you can see how the skill development functions so it might save you a lot of time once you decide to start playing EVE. Anyway, I doubt that after youve made a character and see what an interesting game EVE is youll be able to resist opening an account. Enjoy!
