Has anyone transferred a char to another account before? (not from one server to another)
My question is, how long did it take VI/SOE to complete the transfer?

I did it when the service first went live...took about two weeks.
I imagine the time has been cut since then tho

first toon: 3 days, 2nd toon, 1.5 month.
SoE has way, way stricter transfer security.

first xfer took 20 or so days and second one took less than 12 hours.
wish the service was free, i'd really love to move some more toons around but can't justify spending 35lbs of frozen chicken on it.
... 35lbs of frozen chicken = $50
