Would the easiest way be to purchase a new network card, or is there some techno shit you smart f*****s know that I can juju on my compy.

Your ISP could be attaching an IP to your MAC address. There is sofware available to spoof a different MAC.

Anyone with even the most rudimentary ability to read internet logs will be able to see your IP on that board. They will, however, also see that you were referred there by another site, in this case SA. It's not like you went to google and searched pedo sites.. they'd be able to see that also.

He can just buy a new Network card and reinstall windows. That will totally give him a new IP address.
