Who else is gonna play?
This game looks fantastic. It's a Hack'n'slash for the PS2 which you can play with 4 people on or offline. All the reviews so far have been great, and it's looking to be the next Diablo 2.
It has a lot of things similair to D2 such as the 3 tiered difficulty system, same skills / 20 point max, and not enough to max all skills, or come even close to doing so. Supposedly the game is quite a bit on the hard side which I've been dying for since D2 (though to be honest, d2 was only hard the first time through to hell) I have some seriously high hopes for this game.
So, who else is gonna play?
Barb War all the way.

It's made by the same team that did Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance.

Actually you can help it technically. But personally, I don't need a reminder that you eat healthy every time someone mentions food in a thread. But that's just me.

The sad thing is: I got the e-mail for beta because I played EQOA (I know--worst. game. ever.) Unfortunately, at the time, I lacked a PC with a processor that could do little more than MSWord, so I resolved to PS2's online capabilities (Tony Hawk 4, played online, sans those who cheat, is fun as all hell)
Lately, the PS2 library of online games is getting larger and larger, not so much that it's threatening Xbox Live, but it's becoming fairly admirable.

I did Beta for Frontiers which wasnt bad, but going from EQ Live to that was like playing EQ Lite heh. I heard the original EQOA sucked ass though.

Is BG2 any good for PS2? I got the first one when it went to greatest hits, but I heard the sequel just got released. Is it much better than the first?

Some random kid, last night at Best Buy, told me the first one took him plenty of time and was fun, while the second one took him all of nine hours. This is hearsay.

BG:DA II is fun still, i am still playing it and its a good way to pass some time.
I was in beta for CoN and it is good, the beta sucked since you could only play it online and had to have at least one other player which there seemed to never be any on.
I will be getting it for sure.
