I was searching the internet, but then i remembered that it was posted here long ago. There was a website that has the guides to unlock cell phones so that you can use a cell phone with another carrier. If anyone, happens to know the address, plz help! THX!

what cell phone? some you can unlock via data cable, most you can unlock remotely using the IMEI number. some your carriers will unlock for you for free (tmobile).
