Cancelling your WoW account?

Is there something wrong with the cancellation page coding, or what? Because it seems like it just won't let me cancel my account, no matter what, I can get only to the "select a reason" stage, but there's no submit button there, and when I refresh it just sends me back! Seriously, WTF?
It's a known issue, I think it has something to do with new versions of popular browsers, like IE and Firefox, don't know the technical side of it.
A friend of mine says he had it, and the tech support told him to just call in the service and ask them to cancel it. I think it's this number: 1-800-59-BLIZZARD (800-592-5499), Monday thru Friday.

Cancelled mine a month ago now and didn't run into that problem. I would agree that it is a browser issue I suppose
