I have an old ass PCI card with a coaxial input. Came out of a Gateway Destination... one of those black ones with the 36" monitor. I've never seen one with coaxial in before. Unfortunately though, drivers are only available for win95, and they don't work on any other OS. So it's basically worthless to me. =p

Yes they make them. WinTV iirc are the one's that are pretty much standard that you can find out at compusa and the like for < 50 bucks and they do a good job.

ati makes them, alot of other companys do too now, just be warned if your planning to play like xbox on your pc screen its gonna look like shit because the connection is only 8 bit - 10 bit depending on the card.. for tv it looks fine and for vcr and why the hell would you watch a dvd through it?.. so basically not woth it for the consoles!

Get a WinTV or something. Don't get an ATI. They suck. I have one. You can score Third Party drivers/ Apps online that will do a 10x better job than the stock ones. www.tv-cards.com

any tv tuner will work fine, just run a third party app instead of the bundled software. DScaler is an awesome program and it is freeware, just make sure it supports your card before you buy it. I wouldn't pay more than 40 buck for a card since they all pretty much run s****y ass tuners on them unless you want to shell out about 200 bucks for a decent tuner. DScaler will work well though and your "picture" will be much better than you can get with the bundled software.
