Hi! I downloaded Ghost online, now I want to register but cant do. I get to some point, but after that when I press next or something it redirects me to some east asian language (error?) page. A friend of mine didnt have such problems. Wheres the catch? Should I try changing my IP? I did this some time before, but its impossible to find a proxy that works.

I doubt your problems a proxy. Theres a few thing you should have in mind dont use characters such as , !, , @... oh, whatever, dont use nothing except letters and numbers when registering. Also, try changing your browser I think it has some problem with IE7, maybe Flash error or who knows. Try registering with Firefox or Opera.
