Past experience (in Florida anyway) would indicate that the provisionals would be far from 50/50, but it's all moot now anyway.

You really don't have room to judge the intelligence of another country. Don't you live up there with Maelstorm?

Sorry, I don't know Maelstorm.
I've lived on both sides of the border - originally up here, 6 years down there (in a red state), then back up here, so I have at least some experience living with Americans, and seeing things from both an American and Canadian perspective. Does that make me qualified to make observations? Maybe moreso than some, maybe not so much as others.
And for the last time, no, I don't live in an igloo.
