Hi, I've quit RS for about 5 months now, and I've just started again. Seeing I gave away most of my accounts when i quit I'm looking to buy a new skiller.
I'll pay via paypal/postal check (UK only) or for another RS account
Looking for only level 3 skillers
70+ in about 3 skills would be good.
and with a good name.
My max is $100 or a level 99 ranged tanker for a really good skiller.

I'd rather not go first in a trade, and if it's not a very good skiller then you shouldn't mind going first. and i'll do immediate payment.
