Ok heres the deal.
Im paying money order(mail in cash ). I send it to mod and you send account info to mod. Next the moderator sets in recovs on the account that I dont know and you dont know. When the moderator informs to you that he/she has recieved my payment to the mod, the mod will give me the account, and the mod will send you the cash.
