HI all! I just found out, there are these web sites that can sell you gold in Gild Wars, the in-game money, but you have to pay them with real world cash, did you know that? The problem is, a friend at school tells me that these are all scam sites, and just want my bank info. Is that true? Aren't there any real ones?

As far as I know, you're friend is mostly right. About 90 % of these sites are indeed scammers, although they'll just as soon go after your GW ID number as for the "bank info". So, if the security of your mom's credit card isn't exactly a priority for you, keep in mind that you can lose your GW account as well. Buyer beware, and all that…
