That's impressive. We're borrowing money from foreign countries (and from some Americans) to finance our overspending, to the tune of over sixteen hundred dollars per year for every man, woman, and child in America. I wonder how Bush proposes to pay it back.

if you play it right a deficit is not necessarily a bad thing economically... but you have to balence it out.
