Ok so I guess since you dont know anything about quantum physics, you must be a f*****g retard... but go ahead and ask a question about it since someone mentioned it to you and might impact you in one way or another. This topic was posted for clarification. I frankly don't f*****g care nor know anymore now. Why else would I post this topic if I didn't hear it from someone? Oh and who says that Bush was trying to pass this law before re-election?
