googlegear.com &
newegg.com &
CDW.com is where i purchase all of computer products from. i'd buy everything through CDW but sometimes they're just too expensive or don't have the products. newegg and googlegear both have great reputations and pricing.

Just be careful and buy parts that work well together. I bought a Geforce 4 ti4200 and a gigabyte KT400 board and it was a disaster. No refunds either, only exchanges :/

Depending on where you are located physically ... you may want to check out a local discount shop or two in addition to web based purchases. I bought a mobo couple years ago and damnit all to hell if it didn't have problems and I had to wait a MONTH for a replacement (went out and bought one locally by that time). Check return/exchange policies and see if the seller has been rated on gomez or cnet or such and what people say about them But most of all have fun building!
