Building Crafter in Guild Wars

Is there a good way for building crafter in Guild Wars? I want to do that, but I do not know it can be done. I once read something about that, so I do not if that is even possible. However, you can lift all doubts from my mind. Crafters are great addition to the game, and everything about them is great. Nevertheless, to build one is completely different story. Would anybody help me with this?

I would try to help you, only if I would know what you mean by building crafters. I know that crafters are people who have the crafting skills, but I think that they cannot be built. If you want something to be created, you go to the crafters, and they will make the item you need. I am new player in the game, and I only know that much. Guild Wars is great game, just because you can make things if you know how to do that. There are many more good thing in the game, but crafting is one of the best. I think I have seen that first in the Guild Wars.
