Well I got a mission that was impossible to finish because the hive thing was inside of a building I couldn't get into...
Then I had a mission I died at.
It still shows that I have two missions on my geographic map, and the mission machine won't give me any more...
Now I'm f****d cause I can't make any money. Is there any solution to this?

I had something like this once. I aborted the missions and they would not poof from my data pad. Once I logged out then back in they were gone though.

First you can abort the mission. If it's a eally good one (like after I slice the terminals and get a good Durni Mission for 2900 creds) you can just go find something else to do for a while and then come back to it. A lot of times the waypoints on missions move on you when you get close. This will kinda force a move of that mission to an available lair. Just a neat trick to try out.
