You might be right, I was taking an educated guess based on what I know. I can only really speak about the video that she did with madonna. I worked that one and everywhere you see spears body with no head...its the double.
I was standing about 25 feet away.
She uses a BD whenever she can get away with it. I talked to the double a lot on her down time, and she told me so:)
And I don't think I'm "in", even though if you put us on scale I would be off the charts compared to you, Mr. phone question answering boy.
I'm just telling you what I saw.......

You'd be off the charts in a group of celebrities (NOT musicians as they would so like to be called) I could give half a shit about. The musicians I'm interested in and work with are the ones I focus my attention on.
And of course you see a lot, the hired help gets to stand around and do jack shit and look at stuff for a while. Fun job.

I look good doing nothing and I get paid well too. But thats what they want, smooth and easy. If I'm doing nothing, that means I did(we did) our jobs well. If I'm busy all the time, the wrong people got in and thats bad. Sometimes I have to toss out an a*****e or 2, and make sure everyone has the correct pass. But thats about it, when all is running smooth.
I make people feel secure:)
