I am very disappointed because I need to pay for brand new Final Fantasy XI after a break of several years. I wanted to have it, but when I wanted to download it, I needed to pay for it. It was not even new game. It was some expansion. I do not want to spend any amount of money on some expansion. That is not even new game, and developers are just too greedy. It is unbelievable.

I agree with you. It is completely wrong decision to charge for something, which is not even the game. We have waited several years for it t come out. All expansions are just upgrades for old ones. Final Fantasy needed new quests very badly, as well as new items and weapon. Not to mention that new characters were obligatory. I have also been very surprised when I realized I needed to pay for new expansion. However, I have paid for it, because I am big fan of Final Fantasy. It still stands that expansions should be free. Developers must consider what they are doing, or they are going to start losing gamers.
