(BlueCube deleted my original bamboozled post, this post is replacing that post.)

I acknowledge the fact that BlueCube has removed my original post. Since the post was removed, he has been talking to me.

I do not agree with him removing the post without providing full proof of what he claims. I will post further information soon, after I have verified the information.

Steve, what you are doing is dishonest! Have some integrity and do the right thing and send moonaro his money. You did NOT send me back the money. Why would you do that anyway? It makes no sense and you know that. One lie leads to another.

Is it really worth $400 for you to ruin your rep? I did everything correct. I have the chat logs, screen shots and bank transfer from my account to Steve's account. I have confirmation numbers that can be confirmed by calling the bank. Steve, if you transferred me the money you will post the confirmation number that anyone can call the bank and confirm. If you dont post the number here, then your lies show to all.

That is the last effort I am going to put into this. I refuse to get stressed out over completete stupidity like this. It is just outrageous. I had control of that AoC account for over a week. It is the second you Ashley got involved that things started getting questionable.

So, I called the bank and tried to verify the confirmation number provided to me by Bluecube and theenecros

The bank couldn't verify Bluecube's confirmation number without him on the phone. SO, I got thinking and asked theenecros if he was willing to conference call his bank to verify or not. I dialed the customer service, i called theenecros. He put in his information and they verified that he indeed sent bluecube the funds (verified via chat earlier by bluecube (original post included chat log - deleted by bluecube)). The rep was also kind enough to verify that theenecros did not receive the amount back.

So, unless bluecube is also willing to verify with his bank via conference call - he has not provided me any evidence of his transfer. Bluecube's verification code is the only one currently not verified.

If requested by an admin or moderator, I am willing to post my chat log with theenecros and bluecube again to show he verified reciept of the funds.

I can also once again provide links to the ip ban

(on a side note, i would also like to point out that the link to the IP ban shows what i see... now due to me posting (in the original deleted post) the page I was ip banned from now doesn't allow anyone access without first registering. Just another clever way to try and discredit the evidence I provide) Lucky for me, I have a screenshot from earlier today of what I see - and a screenshot of what a friend saw when they pulled up the page.

I saw the thread and deleting a scam accusation, especially against ones self is suspicious at best and will be investigated.

As for moonaro & theenecros, please forward all your evidence in the form of screenshots (include chat logs, bank transfers etc...) via PM to Completegibberish, Windshell or pseudonim.

Which post. Removing trading post as a proof is very suspicious. Did you trade on RealPoor at all?

I emphasize, we don't have nothing to do with trades outside RealPoor.com!

Because of reasonable suspicion and this accusation, I'm enforced to take BlueCube's mod permissions until we clear this situation.

I hope BlueCube will respond ASAP.

I have actually performed TWO trades that were initiated on realpoor.com. Regretfully BOTH of those posts have been completely deleted! My first trade (mediated by BlueCube) was between myself and and realpoor user Poggle. The second trade (that involved cash) was also initiated on this site and was deleted. If you have access to my PM box, you can actually view ALL of my PM's... you can also view the very polite messages that were sent to bluecube after not hearing from him.

Once again, i will spend the afternoon converting what I have to screenshots. Since most of our chat logs are oh... 13-17 pages... Do you recommend that I do something different with those?

Also, I'm am more than positive that theenecros would allow an administrator the oportunity to join in on a 3-way with his bank, as he was MORE than willing to clear his name with me.

Seriously... I have a lot of PM screenshots... showing my 1st trade post that was deleted... offers on my second trade post that was deleted... Cant I just get an admin to jump into my message box?

Hell, I'll even give an admin the information. There are tons of incoming and outgoing messages.

I'd really like to know, cause if you can you will enjoy reading the messages that were in my sentbox (confirming that they were either read or deleted by the receiver). Also, seeing for yourself - and not through screenshots... is definitly more convincing.

Hi guys,

I am at work currently and all my stuff is on my home machine. When I get home tonight I will forward all the stuff to the realpoor email. I feel terrible for Moonaro for this to happen to him, and I am upset at Bluecube for trying to make it look like I was at fault here. I have had nothing but the best intentions for this trade and even though I am new here, I don't want to start my reputation off on the wrong foot. Lets get to the bottom of it and fix it so it doesn't happen again.

As Moonaro stated, I would be willing to go third party with any of the admins to prove I have indeed sent $400 and have not received anything back. I will include my cell number with the email.

Just want to confirm that i did trade with moonaro, and that BlueCube acted as the middle man for that trade. Everything went smoothly then.
