Have all the subbed FMA to watch for the first time, The Warriors just came, Baiten Kaitos came from gamefly and DB releases 54. i certainly don't think i'll be bored any time soon.

Just as a side note, I suggest checking out Blood+... new series, only seen ep 1 subbed so far, but ep 2 is out raw. Looks like it could be cool

I haven't read the manga, but I've been wondering about the line that Byakuya said to Renji about bankai's size and its learning curve; since Ichigo's bankai is actually smaller than his shikai, where will that leave him in terms of being proficient with his bankai?

And, man, when's he going to go Hollow? The coming Byakuya fight?

Ichigo's ban-kai isn't like other ban kai's where it is the intense release of the zangpaktu (or however its spelled). His is more confined which increases his speed and fighting abilities, since his sword is just a guy after all (renjis is the baboon king, so, he summoned the baboon king). I think anyway, been a while since I've read them.

If you read the manga, there's actually a set of half-hollow's with shinigami powers. They come after Ichigo, when they do, the hollow inside him starts taking over.

The halfbreeds were less powerful during the current episode, but Aizen pumps them up a bit. Or something like that.

But yeah, Ban Kai's are supposto be these enormous weapons that have stupid amounts of power and take years to really master.

One of those plot holes is... How the hell do you master a weapon when you're never allowed to release it to begin with? Oh well.

The guys Aizen pumps up, and the army of masks are two completely different types of animal.

The army of masks are death gods who have hollows inside them like ichigo, the Hollows Aizen is messing with, are tier 3 menos hollows who gain death god powers, and remove their masks to become more powerful.
