This makes my tee tee very happy.
I know it wont be that fast for the whole thing. but one of my top speeds on a BT file so far out of 250 or so.
Getting around 300kB still on some FTP xfers at the same time as this bt comes in. Thanks wideopenwest

Because there are tons of people like you who cap their uploads at 4k per sec so they don't have "stingy f***s" robbing them of their warez.

Cable users have to cap it. My cable may do 250-300 kB/s max downstream, but I have a s****y max upstream of 14 kB/s
I cap mine at 10 kB/s .. need 2 kB/s for surfing and another 2 kB/s to keep BT downstream from crapping out.
That 4 kB/s total i'm keeping for myself isn't going to make or break the bittorrent community.

im on cable with a max up of 30kbs.
i usually cap mine around 15-20kbs. just enough to browse etc.

First of all, it's 13 out of 65. And I have multple connections leaving 3 KB ps for me to surf on
2nd 65 KB is very fast on a cable modem for send
3rd didnt take you very long to make up some excuse, lie some more and whine like you always do.

The fact is that you're capping your uploads at less than 5% of what you're downloading from the torrent! HOW MUCH UPLOAD YOU HAVE IN OTHER PLACES IS TOTALLY MEANINGLESS.
