Just so it's clear, BitMeTV does not block or ban countries. We do apply blocks to specific networks where the percentage of cheaters exceeds a specific threshold.
Even if your network is blocked, we always allow members in good standing the option of getting a static IP address, and removing the ban for that address.
There's really only a few ways to lose your bitmetv account :
1] Sell or trade your account.
2] Sell invites.
3] Cheat.
4] Trade invites in a public forum.
5] Fail to maintain a ratio > .5
6] Having more than one account.
If your account is ever banned, you are silly not to pop into the bitmetv IRC help channel and discuss the situation. If you were banned as a result of one of the above, I can tell you what the outcome will be.....
However, if it was an honest mistake (like running a banned client for too long, not using the account, etc.) we prolly re-enable 40 of these a day.

Oh,and let this be a point to anyone.
Sites thrive on invites. If you get ripped off, TELL THEM.
Now, if you randomly trade and the person you trade TOO is a hit and run expert,well...then you deserve what happens
Why I do not trade with people I do not know ? That would be why

my account has been disabled 24h after i get it ?! i got it from some one (no invite) i hadnt use it and still dont know whats happened
can you help me for this ?

yea i use a seedbox so they disabled me pretty quick, i went onto IRC and its been soughted so its a good idea to go and ask, although im worried to even start a torrent again :-/ .

my account has also been disabled.. i haven't sent out any invites...
i tried to seek help at their IRC channel.. but i waited for some time and no one answer... i have problems with IRC coz it keeps disconnecting...
would really appreciate it if someone will help me make an inquiry at their forum...

is there no other ways for me to find out why my account is disabled other than going to the IRC channel??
coz as i mentioned before.. i don't know what is the problem with my IRC but it keeps disconnecting...
any help or advice would be much appreciated...

ANYONE coming forward has a promise that NO negative actions will be taken on your account for falling for this guy's scam, we just want to make sure he does not get a new account from you.
