Bounty Hunter.
Using a trustable experienced friend.
Once you die to your friend or get the loot from your friend, You'll have to wait 180 Second penalty. 3 People can be on you remember that. If he's your target, You have no penalty. Best place to trade would be F2P. Remember there are a lot of noobs that will attack you alot. Trade could take a long time. If you are buying items off another person and get the loot. It's your responsibility to be safe and run.
Bring some super restores \ saradomin brews and some sharks.
Shark brew if you are getting hit hard.
Another way of trading. Practically no chance of getting the item.
Party Room.
Literally everyone in the world will come, Especially noobs. Higher amount of gold, The more people will come.
Hope your experienced to get out of 180 second penalty.
