I got some g*****n spyware on my computer somehow, probably by spam clicking while looking at porn and jerkin off.
What's the best program to get rid of it? Not having to pay $30 would rock too.

SpyBot
If you didn't niggerfy and steal your copy of Windoze like the rest of us, the MS Anti-Spyware Beta is semi decent humpings.

I ran SpyBot and it didn't find anything. Downloaded updates and all that.
I'm hoping AdAware will catch something.
This is what pops up every five seconds:
It angers me. I've always been sucessful in avoiding shit like this.

Since when do you need the Genuine Authentication Tool to install MS AntiSpyware? Maybe to download it, but not install it. At work I put the install on a network drive and was able to install it on all 2K/XP computers hassle free.

Next time you need a legit XP cd key, just go to some big box place, find an e-machine and pretend like you are counting the cards on the back while you copy down it's legit XP cd key.

I stole my windows and downloaded MS Anti spyware from mininova and it works perfectly. You just cant DL it from M$s site. find other spots.
and ya, MS antispyware owns all the others for some strange reason.

I use it, and spy-bot. I find that MS doesn't always catch everything (I seem to remember some drama with them downgrading the threat level of a spyware company they were looking to buy) but the combo of the two is super ****.

my friend does the same as you. he said he finds stuff with spybot all of the time that MS cant find.. I've never had any slow down or pop ups so I gues I'm just living in ignorant bliss hehe. maybe one of these days i'll grab a new copy of spybot S&D

Unlike other antispyware makers, they know exactly where their own product is vulnerable to spyware..
which..is kinda sad

I had SpyAxe.
Ad Aware wouldn't get rid of it.
SpyBot couldn't get rid of it.
M$ couldn't get rid of it.
Each program, ran seperately got rid of multiple piece of shit software on my computer though.
I had to do this to get rid of SpyAxe because it sucks nuts:

dont listen to these morons. ms antispyware and spybot and adaware are pieces of shit
http://forums.spywareinfo.com
start there, do a search of the .exe or files you are infected with and they can help you remove them.
i went as far as sending a mod private PM's of my logs because i had a new version of some virus they haven't seen before and they labeled it .f of some regular spyware version. those guys are damn good.

Now now...Isriam.
I have very rarely had a problem using Spybot and AdAware together. There were times that I ran across soemthing they could not get, but it was never more then a goggle away from a fix.
In conclusion....those two used in conjunction will take care of 99%+ of all Spyware problems. Pretty good ratio if you ask me.
Past that google.com is your friend.

Almost every computer with an OEM copy of windows will have a sticker on the side with an unused XP key on it. Getting a legit copy is so easy. Even if it wont let you activate just ring m$ and you get get it activated over the phone in like 5 minutes.
