What are the best quests to do in the game, reward-wise? Haven't really been paying attention, but I hear the experience reward from quests has been buffed up significantly since the original release, making it viable to actually invest time and other resources into questing instead of grinding by killing mobs. So, I was wondering, which ones are the most profitable that way? TIA.

LOL, hate to disappoint you, but:
"Quest Experience: As many players have noticed, this morning’s patch increased the amount of experience that was awarded for the completion of quests. The experience reward will likely continue to be tweaked over the course of the next few patches, but we will be sure to let everyone know of any additional changes."
In other words, they realized they went overboard with the XOP for quests, so they're cutting it back.
