beer pong is a good one for those who can stomach it. kings cup is usually fun too, i had the pleasure of finding out someone never saw pr0n before so i showed him the pterodactyl one (everyone laughed but that poor person who never saw that before almost threw up, he was 20, and it was sad as it was).
video games, CS 2.0 or earlier is good. natural selection, a half-life mod is good too. wii games are also fun. gta4, mario kart, there are a ton of good games.
maybe play some poker too.

Rockband hands down, although it gets boring after awhile and you need real drinking games like beerpong etc
