Would like to hear from anyone and everyone what payment methods they use for virtual items or accounts aside from paypal.
What I use now
Moneybookers.com
Pros: the money you get into your account is basicaly cash and cannot be taken away from you by moneybookers in the event of a chargeback. All users need to verify their accounts so there is little fraud.
Cons: Takes awhile to verify and get money into your account sometimes so many buyers dont want to use it.
Googlecheckout:
Pros: Easy to use, send an invoice and the buyer pays it with his CC.
Cons: Basicaly only works with tangible items as if the buyer is fradulent he can claim he recieved nothing, google checkout will ask for the shippin gnumber and you will be screwed out of your cash.
Westerunion.
Pros: You get the money in hand
Cons: Having to find a Western union and go there, lines are often long in nyc. Most buyers label you as a scammer for even suggesting using western union.
IF anyone has reviews on egold or the 2checout thing i would appreciate it

what's wrong with using paypal, I'm genuinely interested in its flaws because I was planning on using it for future sales.

Well I had my account randomly locked one day took me 180 days to get my 8 grand back that i needed to pay rent. Not a fun situation and I heard its illegal that paypal does that.

@Samboned
The problem with Paypal is it's easy as hell to get scammed if you don't know what you're doing. If the buyer files a dispute against you, you need to come up with a lot of good evidence to counter their claim. Such as picutres of whatever you sent, what you sent said item in, tracking number etc. If they file a dispute before a tracking number exists you can end up getting screwed over.
Also, a chargeback can be filed against you, which if I am correct, is entirely in the hands of the credit card company of the buyer. Paypal has little or no say in the matter so the buyer can get their money back. I don't think there's a 45 day limit on chargebacks either like there is on disputes.
I may be wrong on the points above but that is what I have come to understand from reading FAQ's and anti-scam guides for the last two weeks.

Paypal has no seller protection at all when dealing with game accounts.

It's because the laws on virtual items are sketchy at best. Its going to take a good few years before the laws are tightened.

This. Also, if you were to read the Code of Conduct in many of the games you're selling items for, what you're doing is 100% illegal, for you are earning money which doesn't belong to you.
Personally, I think this is BS. If I bought myself habbo coins, then I believe I have the right to sell them, for it was ME who had originally bought them in the first place.
Oh well.

I've always been curious about the amount of a single transaction that sets off the flags at Paypal. It's the method I prefer but I've never received more than $100 on my account before.

100% correct. Recently I've had this done to me. I sold my Mage account for 380 bucks. I waited for the transfer to complete, and immediately bought a new videocard, hoping it may block if he tried to withdraw his money. 2 days after I sold the account, I checked paypal and he had filed a dispute, and got his 380 back, fortunately enough, he didn't mess with any account info and I got the account back and am going to resell it to an American buyer, seeing as from my experience, many of the chinese will try and scam.
Good thing that happened was that when I got the account back, the Asian gold farmer accumulated 2500g on my Mage in 2 days.

Paypal used to be good due to the fact that it was used so much through eBay, which could penalize you if you broke your auction for example recalling the account.
But now that you cant sell accts on ebay that pretty much gets rid of all of that
