I am guessing lesser demons (since there is no multi combat) or spiders.

Yeah, I agree with Cegaiga. For lvl 90, the best place would probably be Lessers in Karajama. They give good exp and their best drop is.. a rune med..10k ftw lol.

The new stronghold with roaches they drop way better than lessers and I hear the 82's drop rune ALOT lol I havent tested tho.

The greater demons cave is a great place to train. Also in security stronghold the level 42 minotaurs are very useful.

Greater Demons and Lesser demons are probably the best ways to get drops. Since you're 90 combat, you should have no problem handling this.

Guards aren't half bad to train on also because they are low level so you hit harder and more along with lots of them and they are in a main city
|

i think cockroaches cause they drop sq rune shield and rune scimmy and lots of other stuff

If you are doing things like range, try going to wizard tower. There is only 1 Lesser but the spawn is quick. As for drops, if you have the magic level use telegrab, or whatever the spell is called.

I would have to say based on my experience... cockroaches, stronghold higher levels, and lessers are all good and all drop well. Gl on fm btw

F2P - Ice warriors in the dungeon somewhere forget.
P2P - Bandits, AFK - Find a guide on it. Tons out there.
P2P Range training - Ape Toll \w Chins
P2P Mage training - Ape Toll \w Ice bursts or barrages.
