I know youll all be annoyed and sorry in advance, but Im a beginner. Ive never played Guild Wars. To be more precise, up to now I only played point-and-click adventures, such as Nancy Drew and I dont know the first thing about this one, not even whats it about, but I see that many people play it.. What kind of a game this is?

Hey there, freshman! I used to be like you a few months ago until I hooked up on this one and ever since I couldnt stop playing. Its not like Im very experienced, but the point is that Guild Wars is a game played online. Its a so-called CORPG, that is, cooperative online playing role-playing game, which means that you create your character and join the online playing web. The game continues even when youre not online. You have to buy a CD and receive an access key and register online so that you can play. There are 3 campaigns (adventures) up to now, and were all expecting the fourth during the fall.
