I just finished reading HP. I thought it was good, a little long, but good. Rowlings has talent, not legendary talent... not anything people will remember 100 years from now, but she can tell a story. I was genuinly excited for about half the book.
Now, Im not a wuss, so I'll proudly say that when Sirius died, I bawled like a baby. It was so heartbreaking, so sad.... so *needed*
Ok, so I didnt cry, and I dont see why she had to kill him.... The end of the book with the prophecy being told... WTF, was that supposed to be a surprise? "OMG HARRY WILL EITHER KILL OR BE KILLED BY VOLDEMORT!! I DIDNT KNOW!" All in all, I enjoyed it... though Harry does need a girl soon.
Oh, the other thing I forgot... As the series continues and he grows up, the language and subject matter matures. The word damnet was used in this book, which actually surprised me... anywayz, what did yall think?

havent seen that one yet. Is it a rental? or in theaters?
Since I get free rentals, Ive been seeing a LOT of movies, both good and bad.
And worse.

it was released in Europe about 6 months ago I believe. Its coming here to the states this week.
