Batman is very agile though and he seldom works alone...has his sidekicks with him....plus potential back-up...
so it would be:
Batman+(new) Robin+Batgirl+Nightwing (original Robin) vs. Superman
Unless you want to do new age Batman where there is just Batman Beyond...if that were the case...Batman Beyond would definately get owned.

Dark Knight Returns
and the sequel, Dark Knight Returns 2 (DK2)
Batman always wins because he thinks, and Superman is incredibly predictable to the point that Batman has every step planned out and working together.
He beat Superman in both book. Superman has even said in another book somewhere something to the effect of "There is only one man I fear, and that is Bruce"
Loved it when Batman was standing above Superman's battered body and says "I'm done talking. Get out of my cave"
And another line where Superman's daughter (big ego) tells batman "You cant talk to ME that way, let alone my FATHER" , and Superman looks at her and says "Yes, He can"

batman has plans on how to defeat nearly all the other super heroes as a fallsafe in case they go rogue 
in several books as well as some of the cartoons, if you watch batman, he is nearly always the one who takes "care" of the kryptonite

Superman had actually offered it to Batman to hold since he could trust him. Later? or previously? it was locked away in the antartic. All kryptonite on the planet though was turned into lead. Batman actually synthesized it in the first Dark Knight book since he knew he may have to face Superman some day.
He was smart about it to.
Knowing how Superman fights, he just had to distract him so he wouldnt see it coming a mile away. Even with the whole body armor get-up, knowing it was pointless as defense, he wore it because Superman just "has" to tear it off piece by piece to show how useless it is against him. Plenty of time for it to be used just right (green arrow launched it in powder form at the tip of an arrow)
second book, similiar thing. different setup. various things to keep him busy, a projectile files at him, he uses his heat vision to destroy it. It happened to be filled with kryptonite, which he just exploded in his face.

Of course GL would win...why don't you think so Buntz? I mean come on...GL is just awesome. He's very intelligent (prolly more intelligent than Batman) and he got that awesome ring. Batman has his gimp batarang and batmobile...maybe a few other minor toys but other than that he would just get his ass handed to him by GL. Only bad thing about GL is that he has to recharge his ring. Takes only a few secs tho and he can fly...so in summary...GREEN LANTERN IS GOD!
