This crash happened at 280 km/h. Take note he was wearing full riding gear, nothing can save you at these speeds when something goes wrong.

Did someone group all that shit together in the picture? My friend bailed at around 80 on his bike, considerably slower then this supposidly was, and he certainly didn't land in a neat little pile. Of course, he wasn't so much hamburger either, he actually faired relatively okay, but still.
I find this fishy, at best.

looks fishy however in one of the pics you can see a smear trail where someone drug the torso part around.

I suppose different seasons could explain a lot, but he'd have to have a different bike as well. There is blue on the body panel in the crash and none on the 'before' pic.
I suppose it could be a real crash and the first pic simply has nothing to do with the crash.

that's what happens to a body..hamburger..now you know where that comes from 
as for no blood..i'm sure there's a streak/skidmarks a ways up where all the chunks are..looks like they collected most of what they could find in the pile..but once the heart stops pumping, no more blood

Exactly, once the heart stops, no more pumping. If your heart is still pumping you will bleed out eventually. If you hit a tree at that speed and it rips you into easily transportable pieces odds are your heart stopped instantly. Therefore, minimal bleeding.
Watching someone stare at the stream of blood arching out of a hole in their chest that wasn't there a few moments ago is always interesting, but not for long. Its best to stand back until the flow subsides, blood stains are a pain to remove.
