Hi there! After some time I decided to come back to lineage 2, but I want to create a new character. Please answer me the following questions: Because I haven’t used my account for some time, is it better to create new character with this account, or maybe create a complete new account?

I really do not see the reason for creating a new account, if the old one can be reactivated. Most likely, this shouldn’t be an issue (the problems could occur if your old account is banned or discontinued from use, but I haven’t heard of such situation). Just prolong the subscription and go on.
