Is there, like, an active complete list of all the skins available in SL somewhere online? I understand that there are new ones being released all the time, but ideally, the list would be updated regularly and sortable by various categories, but I know that might be a bit much to ask. Is there such a thing?

Not that I know of, no. I doubt that it'd be possible to establish something like that, but if you do find it, drop us a line here
