If you get an email from some a$$$·"% called Jeremy Douglas, don't fall for it. He will tell you he works for Blizzard and that they will ban your account if you don't give them your account information.

Ok, if he knows what my account is already, then what is the purpose of the first email asking me to verify my account info? Nice try a$$€#@. He's one smart individual.
Ok, this is possibly the funniest part, at the very end of the email it says:
"Are you a Techie? Get Your Free Tech Email Address Now! Visit http://www.TechEmail.com"
Oh... I thought that Blizz personnel's email address come straight from Blizzard? My bad, I guess "TechEmail is handling that now. What a ·$"·~#.
Watch out for this idiot.

I just wandered across this and had to respond. I am so curious as to how many other people this has happened to. About 2 weeks ago I had a similar message from a guy named
A. Richards
I told him off and dismissed him as an account scammer. He tried to encourage me to work with him as he wanted to see the best possible
out come for the situation or wahtever. Well I kept ignoring his stupid ass messages than he messaged me and siad he was closing the dispute and I would hear such and such in a day or so. Well Ill tell you waht I went to log in to my account couple days later and my account was banned. Not just temporarily but fkn permanently.
60 Warlock and a 60 Rogue..you guys can go back and read where I was trying to trade my account. Take that shit seriously and just work with those dudes. From what Ive come to understand after talking to Blizzard and shit is they hire 3rd party agencies to investigate the trading and selling of WoW accounts.
My account is still locked but Im disputing it. According to the dude I talked to on the phone at Blizzard..the supervisor that called me back when I called in all irate, these dudes are setup 3rd party and are not officially Blizzard employess but work directly for Blizzard or some shit.
Do what you guys want to do but Im telling you what. It cost me my damn account!

Yeah, sure. If you've ever gotten an email from Blizzard you'd know that they never ask for account information. It's their policy.
