I just heard the other day that there was a Matrix MMO game out there (yeah, yeah, I live in a cave, I know), and I had mixed feelings about it. I'm not sure if MMO is the right genre for a Matrix game, at least not without major changes made to the "lore". How are they all fitting it in? For example are there, like, character classes in there? You're not playing Warriors, and Rogues, and Clerics, I hope?

Yes, there are classes, and no, they're not the same old fantasy clich b******t that we're all used to.
More specifically, you've got three class "archetypes", the Coder, the Hacker, and the Operative. Broadly speaking, they fill the role of the "crafter guy, "nuker/healer guy", and "fighter guy". Each archetype has several specialized branches to choose from, for example a Coder could be a Programmer, a Proxy Master, or a Utility Master.
