Desperately looking for this game. Since the announcment of the space combat in SWG I started playing the original Xwing (The 6mb one). And Damn is it one of the best games ever still. There is nothing better than the bling-bling medals you get on your guys uniform. Do the have that uniform screen in Xwing alliance too? I'm no sure if I ever played that one.
Me and my buddy when I was a kid played the original Xwing on his computer 3-5 hours a day for 3+ weeks till we finally beat everything haha. It was SUCH a good game.

I tried installing tie fighter like 4 months ago and it wouldn't install on win2k. How did you do it?! I only have the collectors edition made for win95 since the original were on disk and none of my comps have a floppy drive anymore. Plus I doubt I still have the manual to do the copy protection of page 17 paragraph 2 line 3 is ________?
