Ok, i just got cable up and going a few days ago, now i cant stay connected to eq for more then 15 mins w/o going ld.. I talked to tech support and they told me to add this in my router info

Application name : everquest
Trigger Port Range : 1023 9000
Incoming Port Range : 1023 9000

Anybody know why i keep going ld?

make sure your router isnt set for connect on demand or disconnect on idle. Also make sure you have correct MTU settings.
