I just started playing again after being away from EQ for over a year and a half. I'm looking to get flagged for the planes if any guild would let me tag along with them.

Well, I started raiding again and picked up all my flags in between December and February, so you can survive the comeback attempt if you want it.

Do what I did for late coming, don't expect flags to come.
I consider flags as almost an afterthought, I won't stress about them.
LDoN is just perfect for us old folks coming back to the game, lets us get decent stuff to get caught up item wise.

It took me 24 days (approx) to get Elemental flagged (and another 2 weeks to get Solusek Ro ;p ). Most of my flags were done in the first 2 weeks, the rest of the time I spent getting cockblocked on Grummus until the Evil ED Farm Team(tm) did him for their alts and whatever random people showed up (<3 Brael).

what aloo has forgotten to mention is that he sucked lots of e-c**k to get where he is.

just use omen / Bc, you can get flaged via their potential very easy. i know of at least 15, who used them to get to EP's and beyond to swap up after.
