Kbarr claims Bush is a lock. I place about a 75% probablility of reelection. Things like this do concern me, however. It's atrocious that a presidential candidate owns reporters who put out false stories in newspapers that many (ignorant) people find to be reputable. Absolutely disgusting. |

1) we wont "zerg the vote"- its going to be a pretty close one imo.. i think at this point it could go either way.
2) Neither democrats nor republicans are going to make the difference anyway.. both parties could show up in nearly full force (what you would call a "zerg"), and the independants who actually listen to the stupid commercials will still be the deciding factor (which is really sad.. because on both sides the commercials are completely biased and have very little solid information anyway)
3) You and confused are equal but opposite- so if you could argue with each other using no (or just crappy) facts in PM's until the election, everyone in RP would benefit.

Theres two diffrences between us, toots!
1) Ive gotten to the point that nobody on this board can make me angry, to the point where I find myself having fun with the whole election scene, ergo the whole zerg the vote joke.

I've heard more b******g about the ONLY major right-leaning media outlet in the country this past year than I've heard of the DOZEN major left-leaning media outlets over the past decade. Are you scared that your monopoly is no more?

Liberals owning the media is such BS. Theres more of a liberal influence in newspapers/magazines but theres more of a conservative influence in radio, split pretty evenly TV wise, maybe a bit more liberal there.

lol...so ignorant. Large corporations certainly do own a majority of media outlets, but those outlets are run by the left of the left. Leftists have never complained about bias in the media until Fox News became a major outlet representive an alternate view. For a decade, conservatives were banned to obscure AM radio stations to get reports with any sort of balance. Now the leftists are whining at every turn. It's funny to watch. It's even funnier that Fox News blows away every single other network in ratings. The public speaks.
