They have a 7-day trial including shadowlands up and I'm considering giving it another try (at least until EQ II beta starts.)
Any of you still play?
Any class/race recommendation for a range-combat guy? (Caster-type in EQ, maybe priest, wizard or mage depending on what is leet)
Any more details I should know about? (skills to train etc)
Playing Omni-Tek again should be fun, I played AO when it released and I think it deserves another try~

I still play AO. As far as ranged combat goes you have 2 choices really a Nanotechnician or a Soldier, Soldiers use guns for ranged combat, do decent damage and tank ok. NTs are SUPPOSED to do great ranged damage, but are really only mediocre at it, no tanking abilities whatsoever.
