Hello! I am a beginner here. I made a selection for character – I am an atrox shade. However I have a problem in perks distribution. Also what all you need to do for a tier 1 jobe armor. What are the items that I need to make basic pieces of armor?

What exactly bothers you with perks? Tell us a bit more… as for the jobe armor tier 1, for the basic pieces you need six pcs of Insignia of Enel, six Insignia of Shere, six of Orch and six of Roch. Enel and Shere you can find at Port 7 entrance to Elysium.
