I'm having difficulty downloading the latest patch for Anarchy Online. (It's the 17.0.0.something version, I think that's up to date) Basically, when I click the button, nothing seems to happen. Maybe it's my browser, but I've tried IE and Opera.
I'm not sure I even need to the patch, because I downloaded the free game fairly recently, could it be patched up by itself, perhaps?

Almost definitely. If you have the latest copy of the game that was available on site, it's 100% certain that it's up to date, and there's no need to download the patch. Just in case, check the date the patch has been released on, and compare it to the date of the game release that you downloaded, see how they match up.
