Has anyone else experienced the same problem as I do – I have replaced my Nvidia geforce 440 with ATI 9600 (it’s not the best, but it is the best I could find now for an AGP slot). Since then I get crashes to desktop. Put the geforce back, no problem. Put the ATI again, crashes from time to time…

Before everything else, do this: download the very latest patches for AO, the very latest drivers for ATI (catalyst), and if that doesn’t help, download all the Windows Update available (if you haven’t done it so far). If nothing helped then, I dunno… your card might be broken. Replace it.
