I need tokens desperately but somehow I cant get them as much as I want as fast as I want. I am lvl 100+ now and only around 300 tokens. What do you suggest for quick token farm? Team missions? Oh, and one more question. Wtf is token gun? I recently found this term somewhere but I couldnt find its meaning?

Solo missions are maybe better solution for you. Token guns are dropped in Wailing Wastes smug camp. However this token gun adventure is recommended for level 200 and above. Maybe there is also some kind of macro which could help in token farming. However I am not sure about this one.

At this level your best bet is solo missions; roll them all in the same area (Broken Shores works well). Token guns you probably won't be able to collect by yourself; unless you get a fair bit of help. Though you can buy bags full from other players @ roughly 3m/bag and then turn them in to Supply Master Eel who's located at the Omni Base in Avalon (This is a great map for finding stuff like this; regularly updated -> http://forums.anarchy-online.com/showthread.php?t=488658)

Buying bags and turning them in is pretty frustrating and only really worthwhile when you get 9 tokens per mission token (TL6/level 190+).
100 is the perfect time to farm tokens in misisons. I had a character who I got 1k tokens on at around the level 100 mark. The missions are small and if you set it to low-med difficulty you can basically mow through them in 5 minutes. Always roll from the same location to the same location, pick up like 5 missions and save outside and 30-40 minutes later you have them done.
Don't be afraid to ask higher level players for buffs right before and they will last most of your run. Essence, HoT, speed are probably the highest priority. It depends how much you have twinked up your NCU space though, if you intend to farm tokens I would spend a little time stepping up my Comp Lit with imps and items and twink on a 6x belt and the best NCU's you can get.
I had a 6x and like 230 NCU on a level 15 agent once, took me 2 weeks to twink all his gear though :p
