You could give us more information what is happening. From your words I thing that your computer got no enough power to pull it to out. Check the game requirements if your PC meets the minimum. If it is not, than you must play in windowed mode, unless you upgrade your configuration. Therefore, the decision is up to you. If you love to play the game, than spend some cash to buy better parts for it, and after that enjoy the game in full screen. Anarchy Online if well worth the effort.
