Where do I find this thing? I keep seeing it mentioned here and there, but I can't find a download site, or even a straightforward description. It's supposed to be some kind of guide, right? Not the infamous "anarchist's cookbook", but a guide through AO? Where do I download it, then?

Um, as far as I know, nowhere. The Anarchy Online Cookbook (AOC) is just a little project that some guy used to do, like making AO-themed recipes, or something like that. It doesn't really have anything to do with the game itself, sorry.
