Could someone please explain me how this character transfer works. I think I’ve done everything according to the instructions, but alas, no improvement. I keep getting the “transfer failed” message. I’d highly appreciate if someone posts some step-by-step guide… I’d really love to make this character transfer possible! Thanks for help!

Anarchy online character transfer utility is currently under development so that might be the reason why you are experiencing difficulties with normal operation. Imho, Funcom are much too busy with some other things, primarily Age of Conan development, so very little people work on AO maintenance. Expect no much improvements soon.
